Ceremonial Cacao is traditionally called, “the food of the gods,” and is a high vibrational drink, used to create deep spiritual connection.  It is a heart-opening plant medicine that originates mostly from South and Central America and is used as part of ceremony to heal the heart, allow for personal inner work, release emotional blockages, and open up creativity.

Cacao ceremonies traditionally include guided meditation, journaling, and song. During this ceremony we will connect with the medicine of cacao, along with sound healing.
