Ceremonial Cacao is traditionally called, “the food of the gods,” and is a high vibrational drink, used to create deep spiritual connection.  It is a heart-opening plant medicine that originates mostly from South and Central America and is used as part of ceremony to heal the heart, allow for personal inner work, release emotional blockages, and open up creativity.

Cacao ceremonies usually include meditation, journaling, song and spiritual practices. During this ceremony we will connect with the medicine of cacao, along with a pranayama breathwork meditation and sound healing. This will be a powerful opportunity to open your heart, connect with your intuition, understand your own energy, cultivate true self-love and feel more empowered to walk your path.
